I also have the same problem with my 6L.Windows update says it has downloaded new drivers and proceeds to install them but then keeps on and on trying to download again until finally it says 'can't update'.Trouble is, although all the diagnostic say the printer is running correctly it won't print from any software, Microsoft or other!I've tried the HP site for advice but it just refers back to Win update for new drivers - very annoying since it all worked well with Win7 Pro.suppose I should have known not to download W10 yet!!!!!!!Anyone any ideas?? I just tried this process recommended here and it does seem to work. I had all the same messages as others have listed here but so long as you replace the driver that Win 10 has automatically selected for your Jet 6L it seems to find the correct one andfix the print spool errors. Make sure you pick the correct printer port at step 7 if (like me) you have more than 1 printer attached, otherwise you'll mess up that one as well!Oh, and if (like me) you hate the fact that its difficult to get your PC setting easily in Win 10, use the notifications icon in the bottom task bar to get to settings.Cheers.
